The Dance Connection welcomes all new and existing students from Everett, a quaint neighbourhood located in Simcoe County. Situated about 18 KM southwest of Barrie, the Dance Connection is a short 20 minute drive from your location. Everett is primarily a residential area known to have a peaceful environment overall. Everett is also located in the Adjala Tosorontio township, along with areas like Athlone and Colgan. The area is close to a number of tourist destinations all around Simcoe County, including bays, lakes, snow banks, and rivers. The Dance Connection offers dance classes where children benefit from playful environments that foster confidence and coordination, starting at young age which is ideal. Key aspects include breaking down routines, using musical cues, repletion, and incorporating rewards to enhance focus, memory, and understanding of rhythm. Parents can find a ballet, hip-hop, or acro dance, while fun games improve motor skills and emotional expression.
